Account information
If you create an account, we store your email address, a salted password hash (not your plain-text password), account creation time, and a hashed session token with its expiry. We do not ask for your name, phone number, social profile, or other profile details.
Membership and payments
If you buy Pro after checkout is enabled, we store your plan status, membership start and expiry times, payment/order identifiers and transaction status so access can be activated and checked. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. TrendRadar does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
Sessions and security
Login sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie and expire automatically. We use basic safeguards to reduce repeated password guesses. Do not share your password. Password reset and self-service account deletion are not yet available; contact support for account/privacy requests.
Information stored in your browser
Saved watchlist topics and alert preferences may be stored locally in your browser. They are not automatically synced to your account in this beta.
Public feeds
When you load the dashboard, the service requests public RSS feeds from Google Trends and Google News through a server-side endpoint. Original source links are shown where available. Availability and contents depend on those providers.
Analytics and advertising
Display ads are not enabled at this stage. If advertising is added later, free access may show ads while active Pro membership will remain ad-free. Any advertising integration and related policy disclosures will be updated before ads are enabled. Hosting providers may process standard request and security logs.
